A shower room with Italian shower, a separate toilet, a bedroom with double bed (140cm) and storage cupboard, a lounge area with sofa bed (140cm) and a cabin with 1 bunk bed (90cm).
The icing on the cake is a magnificent 22 m2 terrace (south-facing) equipped with an awning, garden furniture, deckchairs and electric barbecue.
Bonus: direct access to the Marina via the terrace gate.
Close to the "Centre commercial des Capellans" shopping center (650 m), the Pont Tournant beach (950 m) and the Grand Stade des Capellans sports stadium (1.4 km).
Private parking and collective swimming pool open from 30/06 to 15/09, subject to government and prefectoral decisions.
