Property for exclusive use
Villa Vignola is an old country house that has been completely restructured and transformed into a Tuscan rustic-style vacation home. It lies in the hills of the Montaione countryside, between Florence and Volterra. The property is surrounded by cultivated fields and small woods. The tranquil, panoramic position allows the eye to wander for miles. The property is made up of 2 units, the villa and the outbuilding, and represents an excellent solution for large groups of friends who wish to spend their vacations in company but retain their own privacy. The villa is divided into 6 suites (apartments) and the outbuilding into 2 suites (apartments). All apartments are self-contained and open onto the outside. In front is a pretty meadow with excellent garden equipment and, in a very panoramic position, the illuminated swimming pool (8 x15 prof. 1.50m) (open 01/05-10/10), with a few steps down into the water. Guests have access to a large loggia with dining table for 16 and kitchen (electric oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, American coffee machine, toaster) with double barbecue. All apartments have heating, air conditioning, satellite TV and Internet access. Shared laundry room (washing machine). Included in the price: air conditioning, internet connection, water, electricity and gas consumption (but not heating), final cleaning, pool and garden maintenance, 1 weekly cleaning service (without linen change, for weekly stays); for bookings of more than 1 week, 1 cleaning service with linen change is included.)
To be requested on booking and paid for on site: availability of local cook or chef, catering service, shopping service on arrival/during stay.
PLEASE NOTE: Pets allowed on request. For stays with a pet, the deposit will be 1600,00 Eu. No drinking water. Check in: 16:00 - 19:00. Late arrivals will incur a 40 euro surcharge.
