Property for exclusive use
Villa Cascine is immersed in an uncontaminated natural environment amid cultivated fields and small oak forests. Part of a large estate on the hills of Montaione, between Florence and Volterra, it is an excellent solution for groups of friends wishing to spend their vacations together in comfort and tranquillity. There are countless possibilities for excursions in the surrounding area, from the most famous towns such as San Gimignano to the lesser-known but characteristic villages scattered across the countryside. In addition to the main part of the villa, there are 4 suites, each with its own distinctive features. Guests have access to a large loggia/veranda equipped with wrought-iron tables and chairs, barbecue, sunbeds, deckchairs, parasols and the swimming pool (8x15 prof. 1.20-2.50m) (01/05-10/10) with hydro-massage zone and solarium. All suites and the main villa have air conditioning and heating. Included in the price: air conditioning, Wi Fi internet connection, final cleaning, water, electricity and gas consumption (but not heating), pool and garden maintenance, 1 weekly cleaning service (without linen change, for weekly stays); for bookings of more than 1 week, 1 cleaning service with linen change is included.) Parking on the property.
PLEASE NOTE: Pets allowed on request. For stays with a pet, the deposit will be 1600,00 Eu. No drinking water. Check in: 16:00 - 19:00. Late arrivals will incur a surcharge of 40 euro.
