Villa i Prati lies on the hills of the Val d'Elsa, which extend from San Gimignano towards the plain of Pisa on one side and the Etruscan town par excellence, Volterra, on the other. The area is characterized by small woods alternating with cultivated fields and olive groves. The villa enjoys beautiful panoramic views from all sides, set against a backdrop of cypress trees, the symbol of Tuscany. The complex consists of the main villa and 2 outbuildings, allowing groups of friends to enjoy a vacation in company without forgoing a certain degree of privacy. Excellent opportunities for cultural excursions, famous towns such as San Gimignano and its towers or Volterra as well as Siena are easily reached by car via little-traveled roads. Outside the villa are large, fully fenced areas, tiled in terracotta and stone, interspersed with flowerbeds and meadow areas where you'll find the irregular-shaped swimming pool (7x21 depth 1.20/2.50 m) (01/05-10/10) with hydro-massage zone and sunbeds and parasols, as well as a large, fully-equipped loggia. The villa has heating and air conditioning. Laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer) in an external room.
Included in the price: air conditioning, Wi Fi internet connection, final cleaning, water, electricity and gas consumption (but not heating), pool and garden maintenance, 1 weekly cleaning service (without linen change, for weekly stays); for bookings of more than 1 week, 1 cleaning service with linen change is included. On request and payable on site: cot, high chair, availability of a local cook or chef, catering service, home shopping service on arrival/during stay. Parking on the property.
PLEASE NOTE: No drinking water. Pets allowed on request. For stays with pets, the deposit will be 1600,00 Eu. Check in: 16:00 - 19:00. Late arrivals will incur a 40 euro surcharge.
