Property for exclusive use
Montaperti is a typical 19th-century hilltop villa in the Volterra countryside. The whole area is very typical. The undulating, cereal-cultivated terrain creates sinuous patterns that invite the imagination of photography enthusiasts. Ahead, in the distance, you can see the Etruscan city of Volterra, behind which the sun sets, creating a magnificent spectacle. Vacations here are ideal for groups of friends who like to alternate relaxation with excursions to some of the most beautiful spots in this corner of Tuscany. In addition to Volterra, rich in Etruscan remains, San Gimignano and its towers are within easy reach. In Volterra, it's impossible not to buy a reproduction of the famous Etruscan statuette "l'Ombra della Sera", which will remind you of your vacation at home. The house has been restructured, but the original 19th-century structure has been preserved, as have many of the floors and ceilings. A small chapel is also part of the property. A large adjoining garden with an olive grove surrounds the house, and just below is the swimming pool (14x7, 1m deep) (15/05-30/09, open from 8:00 to 20:00) with external shower, gazebo, table, chairs and sunbeds. You can also enjoy breakfast in the open air, while tasting farm produce. Domestic help, baby sitter and kitchen shopping available on request. The villa is equipped with central heating, Wi fi internet connection and air conditioning in the bedrooms on the second floor. Parking available. ATTENTION: arrivals must take place between 4pm and 7pm. Departures must take place before 9:00 am

(villa): hallway with small balcony, 5 double bedrooms, 4 with en-suite bathroom with shower and 1 with en-suite bathroom with shower in the hallway. 2nd Floor (villa): 5 double bedrooms, 4 with en-suite bathroom with shower and 1 with en-suite bathroom with shower in the hallway. The rooms on the second floor are all air-conditioned.
