Modern villa in a panoramic position on the green hills overlooking the Sorrento peninsula. It's within easy reach of the beaches, the Punta Campanella Marine Protected Area, the Bay of Ieranto and the port of Sorrento for excursions to Capri. The Amalfi Coast's major centers of interest, such as Positano, Ravello, Paiano and Furore, can be reached in less than half an hour. The villa is surrounded by approx. 2,500 m2 of private, fenced-in grounds with manicured meadows and flower gardens, designed for relaxing moments in the shade of the century-old Mediterranean pines that frame the view of Capri. Crossing a very short stretch of pedestrian road, about 100 m from the villa, you reach the swimming pool (8x14 prof. 10 cm-3.5 m) (01/05 al 30/09), equipped with sunbeds, bathroom/shower, external shower and surrounded by Mediterranean maquis. A covered patio equipped with sofa, table, barbecue, outdoor kitchen and wood-burning oven is the ideal setting for al fresco dining. Comfortable furnishings, characterized by different styles and equipped with antiques from various parts of the world. Rates include 3 hours/day of domestic help (excluding Sundays). Possibility of cook for dinners and breakfasts, cooking lessons, baby sitter to be requested at time of booking and paid for on site. The villa is equipped with central heating, air-conditioning in the bedrooms, a cot and Wi fi internet connection. Large garage for 4/5 cars (190 cm high, inaccessible to mono spaces, vans and tall cars, which must park 400 m from the house). PLEASE NOTE: The gardener lives in a room inside the property, with separate, independent access. In the last 400 m. of the road to the villa, mono spaces, vans and high cars are not accessible. Arrivals after 8 p.m. and departures after 10 a.m.: a supplement of 50 Euros will be applied.

Exterior access. 1°Et.: spacious living room (satellite TV, DVD player) with fireplace and access to a fully-equipped panoramic terrace, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, American and espresso coffee machine), 1 double bedroom with king-size bed, hand-decorated fireplace, bathroom with Jacuzzi hydro-massage tub and panoramic terrace, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 twin-bedded room with panoramic terrace, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub. 1°Et. basement: sauna and Turkish bath with relaxation area (on request and payable locally), 1 bathroom with shower. Each room is equipped with satellite TV.
