Cosy and warm studio located in front of the sea (less than 100 meters, you only have to cross the sea front), in a residence with janitor and concierge, on the 7th floor with elevator, a few steps from downtown Empuriabrava. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee maker, microwave oven, kettle, ceramic hob, refrigerator), sofa bed for 2 people, fan, air conditioner, flat screen TV, bathroom with washing machine and a sleeping area with a bunk bed. Many storage spaces are available.
A private parking space at the foot of the residence is offered at 50€ per week (all parking in the town of Empuriabrava is subject to a fee from June 15 to September 15 and is very difficult despite the prohibitive rate: purchase of a subscription is mandatory). You can walk from the residence to the city center without any problem.
Linen is not provided and we ask you to ensure that the apartment is left in good condition when you leave, which allows us to maintain a fair price. The concierge will ensure your departure.
