Villa "mare" - Suspended over the seaWe offer you a beautiful villa overlooking the sea which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. You will have use of a large furnished level veranda.
We have a small 4x4 car that we use to transport luggage and a person in case of need.
A telephone number will be at your disposal 24 hours a day for any need, you can request where to rent boats, cars or scooters. If you need it, I suggest you book your vehicle before your arrival.
We offer you Silence, Tranquility, Sea, rocks and a beautiful beach nearby.
In a common panoramic area not far from our 4 houses, there is a wood-burning oven and a large barbecue, tables and chairs. The land around the houses is our property.

You can take advantage of two beautiful terraces facing the sea, one level, the other on the roof, all furnished with sun loungers, deck chairs, tables and chairs. It is possible to reach the sea on foot in a few minutes via a private road, the rocks have created a natural "pool" where it is possible to swim at any time. From the house it is also possible to reach a beautiful beach in a few minutes on foot or by swimming.
The Villa consists of three bedrooms, one with a double bed the others with 2 single beds each (convertible into double beds). There are also two bathrooms with shower, a large living room with two more beds and a kitchen. All the land around the house belongs to us.
You can possibly leave your car on the municipal road. Via a panoramic road (approx. 300 m) which can only be traveled on foot with ups and downs, you will arrive at the house in 5-6 minutes. This feature guarantees silence, peace and tranquility. For this reason, the price includes the transport of luggage, rubbish, shopping that you will buy at the supermarket on the first day, as well as a taxi that will pick you up at the port (Only upon arrival).
Near the Casa "mare" we also rent the Casa "luna - Sole - Cielo" always advertised on Your.Rentals. Our houses are well spaced out, and all with independent access.
As already described, we will take care of transporting your luggage, upon arrival from the port to your home, and on your return to the municipal road. Furthermore, if during your stay you need to get off heavy parcels, our employee, by agreeing it beforehand, will take everything to your house with our 4x4 car.
The position of the terrace at the level of our houses guarantees total privacy; from one house it is not possible to see the terraces of the other houses.

The bus stop near the house will allow you to reach the village of Lipari in a few minutes, appreciated by tourists from all over the world. It will be possible in the wood oven, with an additional cost, to prepare pizzas and make bread. The house is located within a vast land owned by us only, we guarantee silence, peace and tranquility. This feature will allow you, in the evening, to view the stars of the entire Milky Way, you can, if you're lucky, "touch" the shooting stars. The moon will rise from the sea right in front of you, a unique spectacle.
