Air-conditioned T2 apartment (air-conditioning or heating) 5 minutes' walk from Les Sablettes beach, with parking space and swimming pool.
The apartment is 30 m² plus a 7 m² terrace.
It's ideally located because you don't need a car - everything can be done on foot.
It comprises a bedroom with a bunk bed (a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top).
A bathroom with walk-in shower.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a secure residence with swimming pool.
It is a 5-minute walk from Les Sablettes beach.
It's a 1-minute walk from the Leclerc center in Les Sablettes (just cross the street).
It's a 5-minute walk from the pier, where you can take the maritime shuttle to Toulon.
The pool is open from the first fine days in May or June, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Pool attire is mandatory, and the pool is at least 1.8 m deep.
The accommodation is totally independent.
The pool and children's playground (slide, etc.) are shared areas.
Other comments
The Leclerc in Les Sablettes is very close, so you can do your shopping without a car.
Please note: Household linen and bath towels are not provided. You must bring your own sheets and towels.
