Come and discover this magnificent gîte with its large spaces and completely renovated! With family or friends, everyone will be able to recharge their batteries in this house in the heart of nature and tranquillity.
The gîte can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people and has a large living room, a bright and fully equipped 70 m² kitchen with direct access to the terrace and garden, 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room, a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha as well as a large enclosed garden of about 1000 m² where you will find a bowling green. The accommodation
With a surface area of 250 m², the gîte is as follows:
Day area:
- Bright living room with direct access to the terrace and garden. The living room is furnished with a dining table for up to 12 guests, two sofas, an armchair, a 140 cm flat screen TV with connected speaker, a DVD player and a coffee table.
- Modern kitchen with central island, open to the dining room and fully equipped: dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave, hood, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, crockery and cutlery...
- Laundry room with a freezer, hoover, iron, ironing board and all the necessary cleaning equipment.
Night space:
- Bedroom 1: on the ground floor, a queen size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) with storage space.
- Bedroom 2: on the ground floor, a queen size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) with storage and a cot.
- Bedroom 3: on the ground floor, three single beds (90 cm x 200 cm).
