Close to the main shops, boutiques and restaurants, bus stop 40m away, train station 900m away, cabs 30m away and 800m from the main nightclubs and bars.
The apartment
The apartment comprises 2 rooms:

- Dining room with sofa bed, table, chairs and TV.
- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, oven and all cooking utensils.

The La Cumbre building, located next to Playa dels Capellans, offers an ideal location in terms of services and distance from the city center.
The apartment is elegantly decorated and features a fully equipped kitchen, furnished terrace and bathroom. A TV is also included. Salou train station is 2 km away, while the Port Aventura theme park is 10 minutes away.
This is a quiet building where groups of friends will not be accepted due to the tranquility of the area and the rest of the neighbors.
Activities and attractions
Unbeatable seafront location, beautiful views of the beach, just a few meters from restaurants and the main shops, next to a bus and cab stop, especially for families who want maximum comfort and tranquility, it's just a few meters from the marina, you can also go to Port-Aventura or Aquopolis as it's 2 km away, particularly well located next to the center of Salou.

Pets are not allowed
1st floor. We are available for any consultation to help you enjoy your stay.
2e. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels, towel supplement 4 € / person.
3e. Entrance from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.)
Check-in time: from 5:00 p.m. (if a guest is leaving on that day, otherwise from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 5:00 pm may incur a surcharge.
Check-out time: no later than 11am.
4e. On departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition as found, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests may not leave garbage cans in the apartment.
5e. Respect community and neighbor rules.
6e. It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of customers and to sign the contract.
7º. The deposit will be managed by Apartbeach by pre-authorization of the card.
8º The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry into the apartment.
Wifi is optional and must be requested at the time of booking, (€10 per day) as there is a specific terminal, so it will depend on its availability.
