Beautiful seafront apartment ideal for your beach vacation. The apartment comprises an en suite bedroom with double bed and access to the bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with double sofa bed and a single bed. The living room has access to a large terrace with magnificent views.
Parking is communal with a barrier and outside, there is no assigned space and they are limited.
In the surrounding area you'll find restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream parlors and much more.
The building has an elevator.
Pets are not allowed.
La Pineda is a quiet, modern urban coastal town on the Costa Dorada, situated between the beautiful city of Tarragona and the lively town of Salou, and belongs to the municipality of Vila-seca.
It's the perfect balance to spend your vacation, especially if you have a family with children and are looking for a break and disconnect from work and the burdens of the city without missing out on fun. At La Pineda, you won't be disappointed, as it has a lot to offer in summer.
Without a doubt, La Pineda's main attraction is its large sandy beach, which makes it particularly popular for family tourism, but not only.
In La Pineda, you'll find the Aquopolis water park (water park with giant slides, pools, marine wildlife shows and restaurants). The Lumine Beach Club is particularly well located, just a few meters from the seafront, with several pools to try out, an excellent gastronomic offer and a golf course.
The Costa Dorada is certified as a family tourism destination. As a result, young and old alike can enjoy an unforgettable experience strolling along our 9 beaches or enjoying our gastronomic offer, among many other interesting activities.

Pets are not allowed
1º We are available for any consultation with the aim that you have a pleasant stay.
2º. The apartment is rented with sheets but without towels. Towel supplement 4 € / person.
3º Entrada Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.)
Check-in time: from 5:00 p.m. (if a guest is leaving on that day, otherwise after 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 5:00 pm may incur a surcharge.
Check-out time: no later than 11:00 a.m.
4ºPlease leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, you cannot leave garbage in the apartment.
5º. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.
6º It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of the guests and to sign the contract.
7º. The deposit will be managed by Apartbeach with prior authorization of the card.
8º The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry into the apartment.
Wifi is optional and must be requested when booking (€5 per day) as there is a specific terminal, so it will depend on availability.
