The calm, the natural balance, the enchanting environment and the radiant colors of the Salentine countryside will provide a most pleasant stay, with the Adriatic coast just a stone's throw away, only 1.5 km away. This stretch of coast whose photographs now adorn homes and offices in many parts of the world. Holidays take on a connotation of serenity here, even if harmony is hard to find in this chaotic world. The first step can be to choose a welcoming villa, which knows how to keep tradition alive, while offering modern comfort. In the approximately 6000 square metres of this meticulously maintained garden, the flora offers bright colors and the trees, tasty fruits: loquats, figs, 'Petrucine' pears, typical of Salento, many citrus fruits (lemons, oranges and also kumquats). The estate includes two houses, the main villa, as well as 4 studio apartments, located on either side of an elegant large pool (12 x 12 metres), with a fixed and safe 1.4-metre depth. This beautiful pool, with its elegant geometric shape and surrounded by overflowing ledges, has a large access staircase of several steps shaped in semi circles. The pool, already very beautiful by day, also offers exhilarating nocturnal effects, thanks to the presence of integrated spotlights which allow color variations (green, shades of blue, red and white). Access to the private part of the property is via a large outdoor area (approximately 3000 m²) with numerous private parking spaces. Here, a Lecce stone path leads to a common area, located between the 4 adjacent studio apartments. These accommodations guarantee independence and comfort, since each has an equipped terrace (table, chairs) and numerous amenities (air conditioning, mosquito nets, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster). Two apartments, more precisely those in front, are equipped with a kitchenette and some have a television. These 4 ground floor apartments have the important particularity of having their own bathroom with shower. The studios can accommodate 3, 2, 2 and 4 guests. In addition to a large double bed, the first on the right (looking from the pool) has an additional single bed and the last on the left has 2 extra single beds. All along them is also a large terrace. Along the pool, you will find a relaxation area with hammocks, suspended between various trees, above the soft lawn, as well as architectural creations, such as a series of stone columns. Passing along these precious details, a friendly furnished space anticipates the main villa, which, structured on two levels, offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room, a kitchen and a cosy room. It is designed for an optimal mobility of its residents thanks to its 4 entrances: the main one which leads to the living room, a staircase to the upper floor and two other accesses from the living room. The living room (furnished with table, chairs and various pieces of furniture) is the heart of the main house. From there, you can access several rooms: the adjacent equipped kitchen (with marble worktop); a comfortable bathroom with shower; a beautiful and spacious triple bedroom (queen-size bed and single bed) also with a large functional fireplace; a very bright room with bay windows over 3 sides, ideal for pleasant moments of leisure; and two outdoor spaces equipped with garden furniture, tables and chairs. Upstairs, you will access the other two bedrooms and as many bathrooms with shower, one with a large double bed and the other with 2 single beds (which can be joined into a double if necessary). The windows look like paintings, some overlook the surrounding countryside, others the pool area. One of the bedrooms has its own terrace with a 180-degree view of the surrounding countryside. Close to the main villa just described is a small annex with its own independent access from another road, which will in no way affect your privacy. This beautiful residence, rented exclusively, has many extremely popular assets: 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, a splendid pool, lovely relaxation areas, excellent comfort and a truly exceptional location, which places it very close to a dream coast, all this in an authentic and preserved setting, excellent for healthy walks and nice bike rides. You will be lulled by the quietness of the Salentine countryside, a nice plain, where all directions will take you to deep horizons. To the west, the sunsets tinge the rural landscape with amber shades. To the east, where the sun rises, you'll find the winding coast of San Foca, just 1.5 km away. There, the more or less low granite rocks protect bewitching beaches and coves, and here and there, in the middle of the water, a few islets will entertain young and old with memorable explorations. The main beach is of fine sand and presents a gentle slope, for a safe swim. On the beaches, an alternation of lidi (beach clubs with restaurants) and free areas. Noble particularity of this magnificent place, the presence of a beach suitable for people with reduced mobility, managed by volunteer staff. The town is very lively in the summer, thus offering a complete holiday itinerary. The large recently improved seafront promenade allows easy walks thanks to the considerable width of the sidewalks, also popular with people on rollerblades, skateboards, segways and overboards. Restaurants, bars, pubs, some of which organize concerts. Various shops and services both on the seafront and in the heart of the town.
