In the heart of Sologne Bourbonnaise, come and discover this farmhouse, adjoining the owner's house. Ideally located, you'll have access to the richness of the surrounding countryside while being only 14 km from Le PAL. You'll be immersed in a farm where sheep, horses, a cat and a dog live side by side, not forgetting the two donkeys. Your pets are welcome on the gîte's enclosed grounds! The gîte is all on one level. The entrance room is also the large, charming, fully-equipped kitchen. It has a wood-burning stove (wood supplied), so you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace in season. A cosy living room is ideal for family get-togethers. The first bedroom, for children, has 2 single beds (90x190cm). These trundle beds can also be used as 2 extra beds. The bedroom closes with a curtain and opens onto the living room. The master suite has 1 bed 160x190cm, as well as a corner shower room (shower), double vanity unit and washing machine, without partition. A separate toilet is also included in this room.
