House "sole" - Unique PanoramaThe apartment is located on the first floor of a two story building. The terrace, overlooking the sea, is furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers. It is possible to reach the sea on foot in a few minutes, via a private road.Number of bedrooms: 1; Number of other rooms with beds: 1
The house consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a bathroom with shower. You can leave your car for free on the municipal road. Via a panoramic road (approx. 300 m) which can only be traveled on foot with ups and downs, you will arrive at the house in 5-6 minutes. This feature guarantees silence, peace and tranquility. The price includes the transport of luggage on arrival and departure, garbage, groceries that you will buy at the supermarket on the first day, as well as a taxi that will pick you up at the port (Only on arrival).
Under the Casa "sole" we also rent the Casa "sky", nearby we also have the Villa "mare" always advertised on Your.Rentals. Our houses are well spaced out. As already described, we will take care of transporting your luggage, upon arrival from the port to your home, and on your return to the municipal road. Furthermore, if during your stay you need to get off heavy parcels, our employee, by agreeing it beforehand, will take everything to your house with our 4x4 car.
The position of the terraces at the level of our houses guarantees total privacy; from one house it is not possible to see the terraces of the other houses.
A telephone number will be at your disposal 24 hours a day for any need, you can request where to rent boats, cars or scooters. If you need it, I suggest you book your vehicle before your arrival.
We offer you Silence, Tranquility, Sea, rocks and a beautiful beach nearby.
In a common panoramic area not far from our 4 houses, there is a wood-burning oven and a large barbecue, tables and chairs.
The bus stop near the house will allow you to reach the village of Lipari in a few minutes, appreciated by tourists from all over the world. It will be possible in the wood oven, with an additional cost, to prepare pizzas and make bread. The house is located within a vast land owned by us only, we guarantee silence, peace and tranquility. This feature will allow you, in the evening, to view the stars of the entire Milky Way, you can, if you're lucky, "touch" the shooting stars. The moon will rise from the sea right in front of you, a unique spectacle.
