Elegant villa from the early 1900s surrounded by the hills of Lunigiana with views of the Apuan Alps.
Arranged on three floors, it offers large outdoor spaces with terraces and garden, a beautiful swimming pool and 20,000 sqm of land. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture.
On the ground floor there is a dining room and living room with fireplace, the kitchen with an antique marble sink and a terrace where you can eat your meals with the beautiful view of the Alps in the background; on the first floor there are the first bedrooms, two doubles and two twins; on the second floor there is a small kitchen, a double bedroom, a triple bedroom (3 single beds), and a large living room with balcony.
