125 m² house, located at the entrance to the Terrière district, with private swimming pool, sleeps 8. It comprises an entrance hall with an independent WC, a master suite with a double bed (140cm), storage space and an en-suite shower room with WC; a large living/dining room with sofas and flat-screen TV; a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob). Upstairs, a first bedroom with a 140cm bed, a shower room with WC, a second bedroom with 2 foldaway 90cm beds (which can be folded out to make a 160cm bed) and a third bedroom with 2 90cm beds. All bedding comes with comforters. Outside, you'll find a terrace (garden furniture, sun loungers) with a courtyard overlooking a wooded garden and a private swimming pool. Only one pet allowed in this rental. This accommodation has 2 Clévacances labels and is rated 2 stars.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
