This charming, fully-renovated house will provide you with an unforgettable vacation at Mimizan Plage.
Situated just 100m from the ocean, between dunes and forests, you'll be able to discover the most beautiful landscapes of our resort, as well as enjoying the many activities and entertainment nearby: surfing, jet skiing, paddle, the Maillouheyre trail, tennis courts, petanque courts, arenas, restaurants, bars and other great places.
Inside, it's fully equipped, furnished and comfortable to accommodate up to 12 guests.
The first floor comprises a living/dining room (with flat-screen TV and WIFI), a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, American fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a shower room with WC and a garage.
Upstairs, three bedrooms with 140cm beds, one bedroom with 4 90cm bunk beds and access to a balcony, a shower room, a bathroom and a toilet.
Outside, a pleasant enclosed garden of approx. 700m² with terrace, barbecue and garden furniture will enable you to relax and your children to play safely. Ideal for young and old alike.
