THE STUDIO
Ideally located at only 600m (6-7min walk) from the sandy beach and the city center with many food stores, restaurants, bar. Our charming 24m² studio is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet residence, with elevator, secluded from the roadside, you will take your meals on a nice terrace facing south and equipped with a sun blind. The studio can accommodate 4 people and includes a living room, 1 cabin with 2 bunk beds, an equipped kitchen, a shower room and toilet, electric heating, air conditioning and a private parking space.
In the living room, a convertible sofa type "rapido", flat screen TV, fan and air conditioning electric shutter.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a 4-burner stove, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a refrigerator/freezer, an oven, as well as numerous kitchen utensils and a 4-person dining area.
The cabin room has a bunk bed, each bed is illuminated and equipped with chargers for the teenagers' tablets as well as a closet. Each bed has a pillow and a light comforter equipped with undersheets. The mattresses are also equipped with undersheets.
Shower room, sink and toilet.
The terrace is equipped with a small set of garden furniture with two wooden armchairs and its table as well as a dining table and a sun blind.
Also at your disposal, hair dryer, raclette machine, iron (central steam), petanque games, balls, fan, beach games, beach chairs, washing machine/dryer, ...
Possibility of renting four bicycles (2 men and 2 women), bed linen and towels on request (to be specified when booking)
The studio has been arranged so that my guests feel at home, that they do not arrive in a depersonalized place and stripped of all objects. Everything inside is yours for the duration of your stay. The only thing I wish... don't leave the next one without this advantage.
CAUTION
A deposit of 300€ is required by check or cash on arrival. As well as a 50€ cleaning deposit check (except with cleaning option) these will not be cashed. They will be returned on the day of departure, after deduction of any damage noted, insufficient cleaning or loss of keys.
PAYMENT
50% at the reservation, the balance at the latest one week before your arrival. In any case contact me before booking you will have better prices directly than via booking sites.
SITUATION
Close to the beach of La Favière, and to all the shops (mini-markets, pharmacies, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, boutiques, pizzerias, night market in summer, discos, bars etc.). )
