Welcome to the flat LE MONNAIE, whose location is exceptional : located on the square in front of Saint Pierre cathedral, you are in the heart of the historic centre of Rennes and enjoy an incredible view of the roofs of Rennes and directly on the cathedral.
For a few days, several weeks or even a few months, you will be right in the centre of the city and will enjoy all the amenities of the centre: restaurants, the Lices market, outings (theatre, cinema, opera, etc.), school, proximity to transport (15 minutes to reach the Rennes TGV station) ...
The flat itself is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building, whose monumental staircase and stained glass windows demonstrate the character of the place.
