It's ideally located in the center of town, in a dynamic neighborhood, 17 minutes by car from the city of Cannes and close to bars and restaurants.
The apartment is ideal for a holiday with friends or family.

My apartment comprises a bedroom with a double bed and workspace, a shower room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a sofa bed and a furnished BALCONY.

It's located in the city center, in a dynamic area served by public transport, close to all amenities and within easy reach of bars and restaurants. What's more, its location allows you to visit the town's centers of interest and tourist sites, such as Peynet's Lovers' Wall (10 min walk), the Bonnard Museum and Marie du Cannet (11 min), the Tourist Office (17 min), the Chapelle Saint Sauveur...

Location
Le Cannet is a major commune in the Alpes-Maritimes region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. It lies just two kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea, bordering Cannes and Vallauris. Known as the Madeira of France, it boasts beautiful views of the offshore Lérins islands.Occupied since Roman times, the town of Le Cannet began to develop in the 15th century with the arrival of families from Italy at the request of the monks of Lérins. In 1774, by decree of Louis XVI, it gained independence from Cannes and Mougins, enabling economic development to begin in the following century.
