I'm delighted to welcome you to my charming 60-square-meter furnished apartment with balcony, located on the 1st floor with elevator and ready to accommodate five people.
It's ideally located in the city center, in a dynamic neighborhood, 14 minutes by car from the Cannes Croisette and close to bars and restaurants.
The apartment is ideal for a holiday with friends or family.

My apartment comprises two bedrooms with a double bed, a single bed, a bunk bed and a work area; a bathroom, a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen.

The accommodation is appreciated by travelers for its ideal location. It's close to the city center, in a very quiet area served by public transport, close to all amenities and within easy reach of bars and restaurants. What's more, its location allows you to visit the town's main attractions and tourist sites, such as Peynet's Lovers' Wall and the Bonnard Museum, which are an 11-minute walk away, Marie du Cannet, 12 minutes away, the Tourist Office, 7 minutes away, the Chapelle Saint Sauveur, 9 minutes away...
Don't miss: Heyou Escape (a logic game club - 18 min walk), Centre Thetys Cannes le Cannet (a spa - 5 min walk), Cinéma Cannet Toiles (10 min walk) and Just in Provence (a souvenir store - 10 min drive).

Location
Le Cannet is a major commune in the Alpes-Maritimes region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. It lies just two kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea, bordering Cannes and Vallauris. Known as the Madeira of France, it boasts beautiful views of the offshore Lérins islands.Occupied since Roman times, the town of Le Cannet began to develop in the 15th century with the arrival of families from Italy at the request of the monks of Lérins. In 1774, by decree of Louis XVI, it gained independence from Cannes and Mougins, enabling economic development to begin in the following century.
