- Chalet built in 1950 by my father, mountain guide. Currently divided into 2 apartments as part of a condominium. I have the apartment on part of the ground floor with a private garden.
- Fully renovated apartment in the Savoyard style by our carpenter neighbor, renovation specialist. We wanted "cozy" and nice to be at the height of its exceptional location in Chamonix. 2 star.
33 The path of perrière is between les Nants and les Praz in the Chamonix Valley, the chalet is ideally located for access to ski areas, while a pedestrian path, lit at night, 1km along the Arve leads you to Chamonix or Les Praz. The bus stop is 50m Illettes of the path of perrière path that starts just in front of a garden “les jardins de Talèfre”
