Holiday residence situated on the eastern side of Sicily in the hills between the Etna and the sea (Giarre). Peaceful position. Very panoramic views of the sea and a stretch of the coast reaching as far as the town of Taormina standing to the north. The villa is surrounded by a large grassy area and has 2 large terraces, one of which is on the ground floor and one at the level of the bedrooms from where you can enjoy a beautiful view towards the cost. Car park with remote-controlled gate. Please note: the living room communicates with the dining area and there is access to 2 large and equipped terraces (on 2 different levels). Terrace on 1st floor accessed from a large double bedroom. Reasonably comfortable furnishings with some antiques. Location: 2 km Loc. Presa (grocery shop), within a radius of 15 km are various towns (various shops), 10 km Giarre (typical Sicilian town with all kinds of shops). Within a radius of 15 km is the sea, 20 km Giardini di Naxos (famous sandy beaches), 25 km Taormina, 40 km Catania. Heating to be paid on site (Euro 25 per day)
