It comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge).

- one bedroom with two 90x200 single beds (which can be joined together) opening onto a balcony.

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is renowned for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has maintained its architectural and historical heritage.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To leave your luggage until the train departs, we recommend the "Casebook" luggage locker in Bonlieu Park.
When you leave, the garbage cans must be taken down to the dedicated room at the bottom of the building opposite the lift, and the dishes must be washed and put away.
