Large, comfortable apartment in the attic of a former 18th-century sheepfold, with separate entrance, private wooden terrace...

Authentic sheepfold converted into a home, you will benefit from a private parking space and a separate entrance via a staircase.

Outside, enjoy a 15m² private wooden terrace with garden tables and chairs for dining or aperitifs, as well as comfortable deckchairs to enjoy the calm of the garden.
Entrance leads directly into a large kitchen/living room, with a large family dining table (6 people), and fully equipped (oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, and all necessary crockery and cutlery), as well as a basic "base cupboard".

For coffee lovers: filter and nespresso machines available.
For mountain lovers: fondue and raclette machines available.
The TV corner is equipped with a comfortable convertible sofa bed (140x200), plaids, and plenty of entertainment (TV, DVD player, board games, toys, magazines...). RJ45 socket, fiber!
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200), and plenty of storage space.
Large walk-in shower, cabinetmaker's workbench with stone basins, towel dryer, shelf with mirrors. Separate toilet.
Velux window with mountain views!

Linen provided for all (towels, sheets, tea towels).
Accommodation is on the 1st floor.

The commune of Nâves-Parmelan is located in the heart of nature on the heights of Annecy, and benefits from plenty of sunshine. The surrounding landscape is dominated by the Parmelan, to which the commune's name refers, Mont Lachat, the Dents de Lanfon and Mont Veyrier.

Numerous hiking and biking trails start directly from La Bergerie, and we'd be delighted to share them with you. You also have direct access to the Fier river, 500m from the property, where you can swim and barbecue.

Between lake and mountains, La Bergerie is ideally located:

- 10 minutes by car from downtown Annecy and its lake.
- 30 minutes from the Aravis ski resorts (Le Grand Bornand, La Clusaz, Manigod) as well as Le Semnoz and La Sambuy.
- 1h from Beaufortains, Val d'arly and Chablais resorts
- 1h30 from the 3 valleys (Méribel, Courchevel, Les Ménuires / Val Thorens)
- 30 minutes from Geneva and 1h from Chamonix

To get to La Bergerie: freeway A41 exit N°17 Annecy Nord, direction Thônes by D916 (voie des aravis) then take the 4th exit off the roundabout towards Nâves-Parmelan.

/! Warning: In case of snow, car equipment is mandatory to access La Bergerie (snow tires / chains)!

La Conciergerie Lac warmly welcomes you on arrival to hand over the keys and show you around the accommodation. Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
Julie & Loïc, the owners, live next door and will be delighted to share their passion for the region and nature with you, as well as telling you about the best places in the area.

A peaceful place in the middle of nature, 10 minutes from Annecy and the lake.
We're lucky enough to live in a magnificent setting, which is why we attach great importance to our environment. What's more, Loïc, who is a ski instructor, will be delighted to share his knowledge of the mountains with you.

Bus stop Line 82, Laval stop, right next door - Daily connections to Annecy , Villaz, Thorens.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

At La Bergerie, children are welcome! We provide a cot with extra mattress and sheets, a baby bath, a high chair, and we can lend you a baby carrier for hiking. On request!
