20m2 studio for 2 people, located in the heart of downtown Annecy, 2min walk from Lake Annecy.
Le Cocooning, a 20m2 studio, is located in the heart of Annecy's historic center, Rue du Pâquier, 150m from the lake and the Bonlieu theater. A 5-minute walk from the train station and close to all amenities.
You'll reach the lake and the Pâquier (a large stretch of grass bordering the lake) in less than 2 minutes on foot!
In a historic building, discover this charming, fully renovated studio apartment with exposed beams, ideal for 2 people. The apartment comprises 1 shower room with raised toilet.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, with elevator, of a pedestrian street. Double-glazed windows ensure a peaceful night's sleep.
The main room is equipped with a 140x190 cm sofa bed, a TV and a TV cabinet with plenty of storage space. Possibility of connecting to Netflix and Prime Video.
The kitchen has been recently renovated and is equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, a microwave oven and a Tassimo coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with WiFi with high-speed fiber.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
️The nearest parking lot is the Bonlieu parking lot, which is a 1-minute walk from the accommodation.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases safely.
Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is renowned for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, Annecy has maintained its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitated its old quarters, restored the transparency of the lake's waters through work that is often cited as an example, and flourished its canals, to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around on foot throughout your stay (2 parking lots nearby: Hôtel de Ville and Bonlieu less than 200 m away).
Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
