55 m² apartment for up to 3 people, located in one of Annecy's most beautiful streets, 2 steps from the lake and shops...
Located in the heart of Annecy's historic center, Rue du Paquier, 150m from Lake Annecy and the Bonlieu theater, 5 minutes' walk from the train station and close to all amenities.
You'll reach the lake and the Paquier (a large stretch of grass bordering the lake) in less than 2 minutes on foot: only 150 m separate the apartment from the lake!
In a historic building, discover a charming apartment, ideal for 2 people and able to accommodate up to 3 people in a large living space, 1 bathroom, separate toilet.
Please note: the apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a pedestrian street. Double-glazed windows ensure a peaceful night's sleep.
The sleeping area has a large double bed (160x200 cm). The living room features a 140x200 cm sofa bed, TV and WiFi.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.

️The nearest parking lots are the Hôtel de ville parking lot and the Bonlieu parking lot, both a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Annecy, capital of the Haute-Savoie region, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is renowned for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, Annecy has maintained its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitated its old quarters, restored the transparency of the lake's waters through work that is often cited as an example, and flourished its canals, to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around on foot throughout your stay (2 parking lots nearby: Hôtel de Ville and Bonlieu less than 200 m away).
Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 10pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
