Comfortable 55 square meter apartment in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
Welcome to Chamonix!
Perfectly equipped to accommodate 7 people, my 55m2 apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator and offers a splendid view of the entire Mt Blanc range, which you can admire from the BALCONY.
It's ideally located in the center of town, 400m from the Aiguille du Midi cable car, 12 min walk from the Montenvers train station and close to bars, restaurants, shops...

Accommodation
Sleeping up to seven people, the apartment is comfortable, spacious and well-appointed.
It comprises two bedrooms with a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed; a bathroom; a fully-equipped kitchen; a dining room and a lounge area with a sofa bed.
It also features a furnished BALCONY with a magnificent VIEW of the entire MONT BLANC massif.
To ensure your stay is a comfortable one, you will have at your disposal: Covered parking, Dishwasher, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Microwave.
Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest's stay.
The accommodation is appreciated by travelers for its ideal location.
It's in the CITY CENTER, but in a quiet residence. You'll find everything you need: bars, restaurants, stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, ski rental services...
With the bus station at the foot of the building, you can reach all the valley's ski areas in just a few minutes.
You'll be able to enjoy all the mountain activities of your choice in winter and summer alike!
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!
For bookings validated before November 16, 2023, linen is not provided, but is available at extra cost. For bookings after November 16, 2023, linen is included.
You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800 m, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace.
