Superb villa of American west coast style located in a peaceful environment at less than 400m from a beautiful and immense beach. The place is ideal for a family vacation.
In a modern decoration, you will have vast living spaces and numerous facilities.
The 5 rooms, with different styles, are decorated with care and have excellent bedding. You will also have 2 beautiful bathrooms at your disposal. The large kitchen allows you to entertain the whole family. You can also have your meals on the terrace facing the swimming pool (8x4, heated from June to September) in the middle of a large garden with exotic plants and a large natural sandbox for the little ones.
Less than 200m away, a small grocery store and a school for sand yachting, paddle, water walking, canoeing.
La Manche offers you more than 300km of coastline to discover with wild beaches, cliffs and numerous hiking trails. Ideally located between Granville and Cherbourg, you can visit the Mont Saint Michel, the City of the Sea of Cherbourg, or go to the D-Day landing beaches through the cities of Bayeux (Cathedral, Tapestry) and Caen (Abbeys, Castle, Memorial ... or Festyland).
Jersey / Guernsey are accessible from Barneville Carteret. The beautiful Chausey Islands are accessible from Granville.
