Semi-detached house, approx. 65m2 with upper floor, sleeps 6, in a residence under the pines, 900m from Les Conches beach. Ground floor: living room approx. 25m2 with sofa, flat-screen TV, equipped kitchenette, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room, 1 separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 further bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and an alcove with 2 bunk beds (80cm), bathroom with bath, vanity unit and WC. Wooden terrace with garden furniture. Parking available in front of the cottage. Free access to the residence's collective heated swimming pool, open from 03/04 to 25/09, and the possibility of reserving a private heated pool during your stay (subject to availability from 05/06 to 25/09). The beach at Les Conches in Longeville sur Mer is the largest beach in the commune. Located in the village of Les Conches, the main part of the beach is accessed via Avenue du Docteur Joussemet. In season, this area is supervised (access no. 13).
Bordered by imposing dunes, the beach quickly becomes wild as you move away from the main access.
Heading south, the beach changes its name to Bud Bud Beach. This area is one of the most famous surf spots in the Vendée (often compared to the best spots on the Basque coast and in the Landes).
