Lovely, fully-equipped 30 m² studio with WIFI and furnished TERRACE, ready to accommodate 2 people.
It's ideally located 5 minutes by car from the town center, 3 minutes from Parc Beau Rivages and Pins Penchés beach.
You'll have everything you need nearby, including bars, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions...

Accommodation
The studio is fully-equipped, and is ideal for a vacation or business trip.
It comprises a bedroom with 1 double bed, an Italian-style shower room and a living room with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out. It is ideally suited to babies under 2 years of age.
Facilities include parking, hairdryer, TV, dishwasher, coffee machine, barbecue, hot water and iron.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
There's also a furnished terrace where you can soak up the sun on a sunny day. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining area.
Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest.
For your daily errands, you'll find everything you need: restaurants, bars, stores, supermarkets...

In summer, to enjoy the sea and take a dip, you have a choice of beaches: Plage des Pins Penchés and Plage de Péno are 5 min away, and Plage de l'Almanarre is 11 min away.

Location
Carqueiranne is a seaside resort located between Hyères and Le Pradet. It is framed by the Mont des Oiseaux mountain and the Colle Noire hill to the west. The town's microclimate favors the production of flowers, particularly tulips, which have become the town's emblem.
