2 bedroom apartment completely renovated in 2017, with air conditioning, a large garden, parking and an internet box with wifi.
Located in a beautiful and quiet wooded residence, you have a private parking space right in front of the entrance to your building.
The apartment is composed of an entrance opening onto the living room with lounge/dining room. In this space you will find a new convertible sofa. Continuing you will find a small continuous balcony.
You then have an independent kitchen close to the dining room area. This kitchen was built in 2017 with beautiful equipment, large fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc. From the kitchen you access a balcony leading down to the garden.
The outdoor area is made up of a picnic table and 2 wooden benches, an electric barbecue, as well as a table and two chairs.
It is a quiet garden overlooking a quiet street, in which you will love having your meals and passing the time.
For the sleeping area, you find two bedrooms, both air-conditioned.

This is the ideal rental if you want a quiet vacation in Sanary, in modern and recent comfort, while being able to do everything on foot without having to use your car.
A perfect rental for couples with or without children, families, couples of friends, or even retirees wishing to discover or rediscover the region.
We require a 25% deposit. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations.
The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office.
Final cleaning is included and included in the price.
For greater comfort, you have the option of choosing the option of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed.
All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra.
Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra.
We ask for a deposit to be paid on arrival by check or in cash, it is not cashed and returned on the day of departure if everything is in order.
A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed.
You will be asked for a resort or civil liability insurance certificate.
No rental will be final without these documents.

Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.).
The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the major markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
