Superb, very pleasant villa with beautiful exteriors and a secure swimming pool.
You can easily park 2 vehicles on the property and never touch it again during your vacation.
The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access the beautiful living room made up of the large living room and the dining room area. This crossing space overlooks the large paved courtyard at the back and the swimming pool in front.
From the living room, you will open onto the semi-independent kitchen, recently renovated, fully equipped with large fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, kettle, toaster coffee maker etc. In this large kitchen you will find a table allowing you to eat for 6 people. The kitchen also overlooks the pool side.
For the sleeping area, you will benefit from a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed opening onto the terrace and two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds.
For amenities, you have a new bathroom on the ground floor, and a 2nd bathroom upstairs.
The house also has two toilets, one per floor.
As for the flowery exteriors of 1000m², you can enjoy a beautiful paved terrace, shaded by the large tree cut into a parasol, equipped with tables and chairs, allowing you to take your meals or spend your days relaxing at shade or sun depending on your preference.
Pretty terraces adorn the land and give you access to a drying area.
You benefit from an electric mobile barbecue/griddle, a terrace with outdoor lounge for having an aperitif or reading quietly, covered parking ideal for your car and finally a beautiful, very secure swimming pool which will allow you to let your children enjoy the house in complete safety but always under supervision.
A terrace equipped with deckchairs is located on the pool side for lounging in the sun.

We require a 25% deposit. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations.
The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office.
Final cleaning is included and included in the price.
For greater comfort, you have the option of choosing the option of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed.
All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra.
Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra.
We ask for a deposit to be paid on arrival by check or in cash, it is not cashed and returned on the day of departure if everything is in order.
A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed.
You will be asked for a resort or civil liability insurance certificate.
No rental will be final without these documents.

Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh products local (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.).
The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the major markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
