The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access the air-conditioned living room composed of a lounge area and a dining room area. This entire space is air-conditioned. It opens onto the terrace where you can have your meals without any view, in peace. It is a pleasant space in which to spend your days in the sun or in the shade according to your desires. You have a fully equipped independent kitchen. For the sleeping area, you will find two bedrooms at either end of the apartment. The 1st with a 160x200 convertible sofa and the second with a 140x190 double bed. For amenities, you have a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a separate toilet. The apartment has been recently renovated and has an internet box with wifi. A real quiet rental in a wooded and flowery setting, while being close to the port, beaches, shops and activities. The rental is ideally located 500m from shops, 600m from the sea and sandy beaches and 850m from the town. You can park your vehicle in a numbered private parking space in the residence, secured by an electric gate. It is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region, without having to touch their vehicles during the holidays. A pleasant, clean rental where the sun, the beach and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Six Fours pleasant memories. We require a 25% deposit. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations. The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and included in the price. For greater comfort, you have the option of choosing the option of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra.
