This charming 32 square-meter apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator comprises a bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a comfortable living room opening onto a balcony, and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It's ideally located in Chamonix town center, in the "Chamonix Sud" district, in a quiet area just a few minutes from the Aiguille du Midi cable car.

Accommodation
Located right in the heart of Chamonix, this spacious, welcoming accommodation is perfect for a vacation with friends or family.
It comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a living room with 2 sofas, 1 of which is convertible. You'll appreciate the lovely BALCONY where you can relax after a day's walking and admire the magnificent view of Mont-Blanc and the mountains.
In addition to all this, you'll have at your disposal: Parking, Wifi, Dishwasher, Lift, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Heating, Microwave, Oven, Hot water.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining area.
Chamonix train station is a 10-minute walk away, and the bus station just 1 minute! Transport is free, thanks to the guest cards given out in the apartment.
The bus station is just a 2-minute walk away and will take you to all the ski areas.
An "O'shop" ski rental store is located almost at the foot of the building, offering a 20% discount on presentation of the flyer left in the apartment.
On the same square, you'll find a SPAR supermarket for your small shopping needs, as well as a pharmacy, a tobacconist's and a delicious bakery just 3 minutes from the apartment!
The apartment is professionally cleaned before and after each guest.

Chamonix is a famous ski resort, renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than just a resort: its valley is made up of 10 ski areas, an authentic, lively town center and a wide range of winter and summer activities (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, a unique experience at 3800 m altitude, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
