You'll enjoy a single-storey, detached house close to the owners, recently renovated to bring you comfort and quality amenities. You'll appreciate the living space, with a kitchen opening onto the dining room and lounge, with TV and internet access. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and combination freezer. 2 bedrooms: 1 bed 140x190 and 2 beds 90x190, mosquito nets on windows. Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. Baby equipment: high chair, cot. 3 parking spaces. Bicycles can be stored in the owners' shed. The advantage of this house is its central location in the department, allowing you to take advantage of the many world-famous sites in Périgord, just 20 km from Périgueux (Ville d'Art et d'Histoire) and 20 km from Montignac (Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art). Places worth visiting: Château d'Hautefort (Gardens and Museum of Medicine) 15 km away, Grottes à cristallisations de Tourtoirac 10 km away. In the village, just 1 km from the gîte, you'll find a bakery, a tobacconist's store, a pétanque pitch, a children's playground and a lake offering swimming, pedalos, fishing and model-boating.
