House in L'Estartit, 10 minutes walk from the beach for 6 people, with swimming pool and communal garden.-Three-storey house with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and bidet on the first floor, hair dryer, iron, and a toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, balcony and pool view, plus a drying rack. Another room with two single beds and wardrobe, and street views. The third bedroom is at the third floor, with a bunk bed and an individual bed. There is a ceiling fan in the dining room, another in the master bedroom. In the other two rooms there is a standing fan.
Dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. Kitchen with dishwasher, bulk coffee maker, blender, oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer. The dining room has a round table with 6 chairs, a chaise longue sofa, a TV with HDMI and USB connection and access to the garden and swimming pool.
There is a high chair and rollaway bed for children under 2 years old. There is free Wi-Fi. There is a desk at the top floor to work from home.-Outdoor patio with barbecue, table for 6 people with 8 chairs, sun umbrella. Direct access to the swimming pool and garden. Door that can be locked. Inside the closet there are 3 beach chairs, 1 folding table, 3 skateboards, parasol and 2 beach igloos. A car can be parked in front of the house and the car can be charged through the kitchen window and there is more parking space on the street. Bicycles can be tied to the fence of the house. There are 2 bikes for 3-year-olds in the courtyard.-In L'Estartit there is a very large beach, you can go kayaking to the Medes Islands, a natural place protected by its great animal biodiversity. From L'Estartit you can go to Torroella de Montgrí where there are many local food shops, you can go up the Montgrí mountain, where there is a very well preserved castle that can be visited inside (with viewpoints). It is an excursion that can be done by adults and children. And you can also go to L'Escala, which also has beautiful beaches.
If you want to go further, the Dalí Museum in Figueres is a 40-minute drive away, Cadaqués is a 1-hour drive away, and Roses is a 50-minute drive away. In the area of Roses there is a large beach, wind tunnel and Empuriabrava canals.Don't forget to leave the touristic tax before leaving
