The exterior of the building offers several areas for you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. There you will find an outdoor shower where you can refresh yourself and several sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing. In addition, there are two large tables and a mobile barbecue for you to have breakfast or celebrate unforgettable meals with your friends and family. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.
The interior of the two-storey house will offer you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room, equipped with satellite TV, is ideal for long evenings. The kitchen is independent and has everything you need to cook your favourite dishes. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. A bathroom with shower completes the ground floor. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, two of them double and one with a trundle bed. All of them have AC and two of them have a balcony. There are two more bathrooms on this floor: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

The beach of Alcúdia stretches along several kilometres of silky sand where you can not only sunbathe and swim in the warm waters, but also go for a walk, enjoy the different water sports, enjoy a delicious meal at a beach bar on the sand, etc. The area offers all the services for an independent stay. In addition, there are beautiful places nearby worth a visit such as the old town of Alcúdia, Port de Pollença or Can Picafort.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
