The apartment has a shared pool surrounded by greenery and a private terrace, accompanied by BBQ to round up a wholesome vacation.
The apartment itself is located on the second floor and features a spacious living space with a 60” Smart TV. The kitchen of the apartment is fully equipped for a totally carefree vacation and features a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge and oven. Location
The holiday apartment is located in the unspoilt nature of the medieval town of Ficulle and is ideal for a green holiday amidst nature. The town is ideal for historical exploration with buildings like Castello della Sala, the Church of Santa Maria and the cult Sanctuary of Madonna della Maesta to visit.
For lovers of nature, a day trip to Monte Peglia Reserve, which is about a 40-minute drive from here, is a must and guests can also enjoy the mineral springs called “ Tave del Diavolo” located in the biosphere reserve. Meanwhile, history buffs can take cycling trips to the number of historic towers and castles in the outlying hamlets of Rote Castello, San Vito, Pornello and more. Perugia and Assisi are a 75-90 minute drive away, and Florence and Rome are both about a 2-hour drive from the holiday home. The nearest international airport is also in Florence. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2024 to the 15th of September 2024
