Private swimming pool and sea view.An incredible view of the Gaou area and the sea, you will stay in a south-east facing villa with a terrace in Bormes stone and its swimming pool (maxi 2m50 deep).
Ideal for 6 people, you will access the accommodation by a staircase in Bormes stones.
It consists of an entrance leading to a living room with sofa and beautiful view of the terrace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen area open to the living room with dishwasher, oven, fridge + freezer compartment, a hallway leading to a separate toilet, a dressing room, a bathroom, a bedroom with a large 160 bed, a bedroom with two separate single beds, a bedroom with 2 separate single beds, the 3 bedrooms have access to the terrace.

The access is very steep, you can leave the car parked down on the ledge in front of the climb.

Access to the beach is a 2 km walk, passing directly through the land where you find the footpaths called "Gaou Piétons".
You will also enjoy on site From mid-June to mid-September the Superette, the restaurant on the beach and its nautical activities offered by the Sailing Club.
