The villa consists of an entrance; its living room opens onto the terrace overlooking the pool and the garden. The fully equipped open kitchen with a central island is connected to the living room. A utility room is located behind the kitchen. The terrace is furnished with a lounge area, a large dining table, and loungers for relaxation by the pool. The decor is carefully chosen.
A first bedroom with its bathroom and toilet is located on the ground floor, facing the pool. Upstairs, discover the master suite (king-size bed) with its bathroom (separate toilets) and dressing room, as well as two other tastefully decorated bedrooms. One with a king-size bed and the other for children, equipped with 2 bunk beds and a crib. A bathroom and a separate toilet are assigned to them. The bedrooms promise tranquility and privacy.
