Tucked away along the Tuscan coast and nestled within the privacy of its own lush private garden with pool, this 5-bedroom villa offers a tranquil seaside setting in Marina di Pietrasanta. The 2-storey detached holiday villa provides a timeless appeal for self-catering stays and is flexible in its sleeping layout; enabling groups of up to 9 to feel at home.
The ground floor of the modern villa features an inviting sitting room; with a comfy sofa suite, a fireplace and flat screen SAT TV for those all-weather stays. To the other side of the partially-open Living space, an adjoining Dining area provides an airy setting for ambient meals-in. From the Dining area, guests will reach a separate Kitchen; which provides a wonderful setting in which to prepare family meals, or create memorable dinner parties, with the help of a local private chef. The generous-size Kitchen is fully-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, food processor, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
The accessible ground floor also provides 3 inviting guest rooms, in the form of a spacious Master bedroom with Double King-size bed, a 2nd bedroom furnished with a Single bed and a versatile bedroom furnished with 2 separate Single beds.
From the hallway, a flight of 20 steps leads upstairs, to the 1st floor sleeping accommodation. A second spacious couple-friendly bedroom with Double King size bed features alongside a bedroom furnished with 2 separate Single beds. The generous, versatile sleeping accommodation is complemented by private laundry facilities and two fully-fitted shower rooms.
Outside, the lush private garden promises pure holiday escapism; with a sunny alfresco sitting area accompanying a private outdoor pool with sun loungers and a vast flat lawn, perfect for pets and children to run around and play. From its restful seashore setting, guests are a 5 minutes’ walk from the sailing club, a great selection of lidos, beach clubs and the local cafe bars of Marina di Pietrasanta. The town centre is only a 5 minutes’ drive away. The authentic Tuscan town places guests close to many of the region’s best-loved beaches, including Lido Camaiore, Bagno Carlo, Stella focette, Nettuno Alba and Versiliana Beach.

The centre of Marina di Pietrasanta; with its wonderful range of shops, restaurants, cafes and pizzerias is within a short 5 minutes’ drive away.
The coastal setting also places guests a short drive away from the neighbouring resort towns of Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio; for their fabulous resort facilities, local attractions and popular Lido clubs.
The cities of Lucca and Pisa (approximately 35 minutes’ drive away) provide a great distraction day or night, whilst the Tuscan capital of Florence (approximately 1.5 hour’s drive away) promises a year-round treasure trove of world-class tourist sites and heritage attractions.
For those flying in, Pisa International Airport is approximately 34 minutes’ drive away. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of May 2024 to the 1st of October 2024
