The PANORAMIC residence is beachfront in Miami Playa, in a private residence with beachfront pool, ideal for enjoying your vacation with friends or family in search of tranquility, 50 meters from the beach, a few meters from bus stops, a short distance from shops and about 650m from downtown.

1º We are available to answer any questions you may have to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
2º The apartment is rented with bed linen (towels optional at 4 € pax).
3º Entrance from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 9:00 to 20:00).
Arrival time at the apartment: from 4:40 p.m. (if a guest is leaving that day, otherwise he/she can enter from 9:00 a.m.).
Check-out time: no later than 11:00 a.m.
4. When you leave, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it, the kitchen must be left in its place, the dishes washed and free of garbage.
5. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.
6th. it is necessary to present documents concerning the identity of all guests and to sign the contract.
7. Tourist tax: €1 per person, per night and adult (only the first 7 nights are paid).
