Well laid-out, spacious, clean house, well located in residential area. parking for 2 cars, inside the fenced house, very good. pillows to be changed, are torn. shower curtains to be changed as they are dirty and stained. would be ideal to have a dishwasher and 8 chairs in the dining room + 8 chairs on the terrace, to avoid taking them down/up several times a day.

Great stay in Miami platja, Very nice house with pool, The beach is really at 500 m and very clean and pretty many activities on the beach in the evening in particular small restaurants and bars not expensive. 10 minutes from the city on foot supermarket, butcher, tobacco, pharmacy ect.. The agency to get the keys of the villa and 5 minutes by car possibility to take a cab really cheap. The only drawback is that it is noted on the ad Wi-Fi in the house but there is none I had to work on site I could not and calling the agency she told me that there was no Wi-Fi while on the ad it was well mentioned here otherwise top! I recommend this quiet and relaxing villa.
