House well located but very poorly equipped (no shelves in the cupboards to store clothes, broken shower door, kitchen utensils and insufficient crockery, no garage, 1 out of 2 shutters that cannot be opened). Super swimming pool with regular maintenance by a specialized company. Invasion of mosquitoes in the evening, plan effective products to avoid wanting to turn around the first night.
