Tourist taxes not included in the price (5.76€ x nb adults + 18 years x nb nights). Deposit : 2 000€ to be paid by credit card imprint or transfer only, before entering the premises.
A lump sum may be withheld from the deposit if the garbage has not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures at the beginning of the rental period and if linen is missing.
Unless otherwise stated, services such as cleaning, sheets, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (indicated in the ad), a supplement may apply.
