Country house entirely renovated, pleasant in summer as well as in winter thanks to a very large covered and heated veranda. House in the middle of the herds of cows and sheep, no neighbors within 200M.
The ground floor is accessible to people with difficulties to move (only one step to access the interior (kitchen, living room, dining room, verandas, bedroom, bathroom with Italian shower and shower stool, toilet)
House in the countryside but still close to tourist places like Uzerche 20Km, (classified city, Pompadour (city of the horse, racecourse, hippodrome, castle) 12Km, Ségur Le Château (classified village) 20KM. At about one hour drive: the Dordogne valley and the Lot with very beautiful sites Rocamadour, Padirac, Caves of Lacave ......
