The apartment was pleasant with a beautiful sea view. When we arrived, the apartment was clean but the floor was more or less dirty with a lot of sand. During our stay, the shutter on the bay window got stuck. We reported this to the agency, who told us that the owner knew about it, but nothing was done, and given the heat of the week, we were very hot at night. The next day it was the awning that was stuck, so it was impossible to put it up again... and there was still a lot of steam on the balcony, and despite the information given to the agency nothing was done. Overall, our stay went well, but we're unhappy with the lack of response to the problems we encountered. In addition, I think the 80euros cleaning fee is excessive, especially as we don't really know what we have to do before we leave. I did as much as I could.
