Through Pierre, our concierge, Laura and Antoine welcome you to their lovely 70m2 house with 50m2 PATIO, located just 400m from the BEACH! The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. It's ideally located close to several beaches, the racecourse, the Grand Marché, the Marina, the magnificent coastal path and the Casino.

I'm delighted to welcome you to this accommodation! Perfect for a holiday with friends or family, you can enjoy the outbuilding for two, which is separate from the rest of the accommodation.
Located close to the beach, you'll be able to get around on foot!
Located in the heart of the seaside resort, it will be much appreciated for its proximity to local favorites. Take advantage of the year-round market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
The property has 3 bedrooms, a two-person outbuilding (with private shower rooms), a fully-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a living room. There's also a 50m2 south-facing outdoor patio, where you can enjoy lunch, relax on the deckchairs or make the most of the small bar and barbecue area!
Sleeping arrangements are as follows: 3 double beds and two single beds.
Facilities include: Coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, iron and ironing board, washing machine, WiFi, barbecue, hairdryer, shellfish utensils, kettle, board games, beach games for children (and adults), baby bath, cot, highchair and stroller.

If you'd like to discover local produce, Les Halles de Pornichet is a 15-minute walk away (or 3 minutes by car), with a SPAR on the way.
Finally, for walking enthusiasts, you're at the foot of a magnificent coastal path (12km walk along the wild coast towards Saint-Nazaire).

Pornichet, a seaside resort in western France, is ideal for both relaxing and active vacations. There are a number of beaches where you can soak up the sun: Plage des Libraires, the best-known beach in the town center, Plage de la Bonne Source, ideal for fishing on foot, and the more discreet but very charming Plage de Sainte Marguerite. For the more sporty, water and land activities are available. The Pointe du Bec is the perfect place for a stroll. Finally, the Casino or the Thalasso center can also entertain the grown-ups.
